Why would you not include the other folders besides `pio` and `.vscode`? Further, you can define local `platformio.ini` files - see https://github.com/AlexanderWillner/TonUINO/blob/36e9cf1f633d1b9140f5aed36d1ebc0d772b85bb/platformio.ini#L14
