Badges Stopped Working

I have games that I can get cards with but my Badges stays blank now.

Time Idle sometimes work but other times it doesn't function.

It just now decided to work after like a month or so

I guess it was a steam update that broke it and then fixed it?

Parsers were updated in version 2.24.3.14
