Hotkeys stop working

I currently have my Always On Top hotkey combination set to CTRL + SPACE, which seems to work initially but then stops working and I can't determine when or why. I've also tried other hotkey combinations with the same result (CTRL + WIN L + T).

Restarting SSM enables the hotkey functionality to continue using the hotkey until it inevitably stops working again.

Please look into this issue, thank you.

Please, try version 2.19.3 and 2.18.0. Do they have the same issue?

v.2.19.3 seems to have consistent hotkey functionality.

Unfortunately, I still can not reproduce the error for version 2.21.2.
