Any cmd window will be wrongly minimized onto the taskbar

After I add this app "MediaCoderAutoAnswer.exe" in the below thread as minimizeToTrayAlways="true" https://github.com/AlexanderPro/SmartSystemMenu/issues/75 any cmd window will be minimized onto the taskbar. The Window64.xml is in the zip file. Window64.zip
