won't auto start at startup

so the problem is that the app name is in the list of startup applications in task manager(it is enabled) but when i power on my laptop, it won't run at startup And i need to run it myself

Sorry for the late response. Please, try to click/tap on the Conditions tab, and uncheck the Stop if the computer switches to battery power box first, then uncheck the Start the task only if the computer is on AC power box.
