Can't FPV seagulls

I just noticed that I can't go to first seagull view. All I ever wanted was to fly free above my city. Pooping on buisinessmen in the park district, stealing french fries from children at the fairground, eating dead fish down by the quay. Is that so much to ask? Please help me realize my dreams.
