Tried setting up RTR over TLS to Routinator and failed, but logging was inconclusive on the reason.
Investigate if deploying the [RISWhois](https://github.com/NLnetLabs/krill/pull/1329) tree for Routinator makes sense.
A reminder to update the README. The current list of features is outdated, as well as the minimum supported Rust versions. An alternative would be to take these items out...
