Couldn't Learn Code, Device Not Found

Open SSutherland94 opened this issue 4 years ago • 2 comments

I've tried every which way to modify the config file and I just can't seem to get my Broadlink detected. I just bought an RM3 Mini, and the device ID (I think) is 3727, assuming it's the PID in the Broadlink app. Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide

You should post these in the main plugin issues. See https://github.com/lprhodes/homebridge-broadlink-rm/issues/600

Hi @SSutherland94. Like the original fork, this hasn't had many updates pushed to NPM. I've just created a new project in NPM which includes all the updates to this fork - including better device support. You could try removing homebridge-broadlink-rm-tv and installing homebridge-broadlink-rm-pro.

Let me know how you get on.
