Improve pre-selection of alias replacement

If I have a note titled "Docker Image" with an alias "Image", the selection box should default the most appropriate alias instead of defaulting to the note title.

I wholeheartedly agree with this suggestion. I actually visited the GitHub repository intending to open this very issue, as I would greatly appreciate seeing this feature implemented. My goal was to use the plugin to link all my notes; however, I noticed that it currently defaults to using the note title rather than the appropriate alias when creating links. In my workflow, note titles tend to be quite lengthy, so I consistently rely on aliases to provide a shorter, more readable reference within my notes. This makes the text much clearer and more aesthetically pleasing, both for writing and reading. Having long, cumbersome titles everywhere disrupts the visual flow and overall readability.

For me, the ability to link using aliases is an essential feature. Ideally, if the plugin can match against aliases, it should also use the matched alias when creating the link, rather than defaulting to the full note title. I believe this enhancement would not be overly complex to develop or implement, and I sincerely hope to see it added soon. With this improvement, the plugin would quickly become one of my absolute favourites for Obsidian.
