Add bubbles to "Apps Market" app in Studio when updates for modules are available

Similar way as bubble for Dashboard is shown when there is an update for the system.

Along with new members send email with members which are pending approval

Some informers should disappear automatically when information is outdated

Once video-post is sent to publishing, the informers correctly tells to wait, but intuitively I want to just keep the page open and wait until it changes. it doesn't change...
