Override Default Event Listeners(?)

Describe the bug Options such as onClose and onMaximize used to work but no longer do. It's nice that there are default event listeners, but I'd like optional flexibility, as it is needed for some applications.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use onClose in the title bar options

Expected behavior Rather than calling the onClose, the titlebar will use default closing.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows
  • Electron version 17.0.0
  • Node Version 14.16.0
