[Bug]: Baby dragons are barely moving and stage 3 dragons won't fight me

What happened?

So i had this problem when i restarted playing it two years after. Before dragons that spawned naturaly chased me to death or would actually fight with me! Now with the up to date version, these stage 3 dragons won't even chase me or barely, i have to get very close or i have to hit them to make them fight me, two seconds before they're standing still again. That was the stage 3 dragon problem, now with the stage 1 dragons ; They won't follow me unless i'm 3 blocks away from them (with the escort option) and don't move when they're wandering, i use a dragon staff ofc. But do you have any solutions ? here is my mod list if it has incompatible mods in it. (It contains texture packs aswell) This is the profile that i made on curseforge to launch the mod with other mods. Dragon Adventures (cl3m_frd)-DA-CL3M_FRD.zip

I have this exact issue happen with the current 1.18.2 version as well. (iceandfire-2.1.12-1.18.2.jar) Dragon AI seems to be completely borked somehow with the new update.
