Dread lich scepter weapon glitches [ICE AND FIRE VERSION 2.1.9]

Describe the bug

• The staff deals significant less damage then the lich.
• The staff doesn't have the distinct sound everytime it is used
• The skull projectile got stuck on blocks even though they are clearly ethereal, this also happens on the mob itself.

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. The staff works fine and you can easily target mobs with it

Please provide a full list of your mods, it's likely the result of another mod conflicting with it. Also try to reproduce this issue without any other mods installed and see if it still persists.
