Dragon in a "Wrong location!" causing it to despawn/disappear [IceAndFire 2.1.6-1.16.4]

It happened to me once randomly, to my friend another. The dragon randomly disappears while flying, drops the player on the ground where the player would take fall damage (normally wouldn't if the player dismounts the dragon) and throws a server thread/warn line in the console. Both situations were in different times, different days.

To Reproduce There's no known way (for me) to reproduce this bug, it happened at complete random moments but in both cases the player was flying and using the dragon's breath (fire dragon) while aiming downward. And both of them happened in a multiplayer server. I don't know if it would work in singleplayer worlds as well.

Expected behavior Complete normal behavior, the player would stay riding the dragon and attacking with the fire breath.

Or, calling the dragon with the dragon flute would bring it down to the ground in case it went up high. (We would have tried to use the dragon summoning crystal too but neither one of us had crafted one before.)

Additional context This is the only and exact line it threw in the console right when the dragon disappeared

(The other situation happened a while before, I'm unable to find the server log for it)

Some server info:

• Mods installed: All Valhelsia 3.3.1 mods + Ice And Fire: Dragons 2.1.6-1.16.4
• RAM: 6GB

I am also encountering this bug but am unable to reliably reproduce. Using TNP Limitless 3 v1.10.3, 9GB ram on server.

Can confirm this happened in my world today, I had a backup of my world but in my log just displayed the message that SkilledOn put, unable to reproduce again but I wanted to point out it still happens on the latest ice and fire version

Just had this happen today. I suspected it might be related to the removeErroredEntities option provided by Forge, but on my server this is disabled. I experienced pretty much exactly as already explained, except I was simply flying up and forwards on a Lightning Dragon and nothing else.
