Config for Gorgon Armor Destruction

Suggestion: To add a config option that skips the armor destruction from Gorgon petrification. If that would be a problem for technical reasons, it could replace the petrification effect on players with void damage (instant kill) instead. Ideally this would apply to the Gorgon Head as well.

Reason: Instant armor destruction has a high potential for abuse, especially in modpacks where mobs might be captured, moved, or duplicated. Griefers could move a Gorgon into another player's home via entity capture or teleportation items, or just use the Gorgon Head to destroy another player's armor, ruining hours of effort invested in armor and enchantments. The suggested config option would be especially useful to server admins and modpack authors, who may otherwise have to disable the Gorgon entirely to prevent abuse.
