Dragonsteel tools do more damage than sword

right now (at least for me) a dragonsteel pickaxe does 26 damage, and the dragonsteel shovel does 26.5 which is more than the sword which does 25, it makes the shovel one of if not the strongest weapon in the game. if not a permanent change than an option to edit the damage of dragonsteel tools in the config would be much appreciated!
