Add animations for the swords imbued in a dragon's element

Say an animation where the fire on Flamed dragon bone sword moves around, same thing for the ice and lightning one. There's already a texture pack for this but the textures are outdated and it would be nice if it was built-in instead of a different thing to download. It would really make wielding these swords so much more badass.
