Dead dragon bodies should drop the armor they had on

For some reason, if you kill a dragon with armor on and go loot the body (collecting blood or no blood), the body will not drop their armor. It will be much appreciated if they dropped their armor as loosing an entire set of dragonsteel dragon armor hurts the soul. Thanks!!!
