Make Dragons Smarter

I would suggest making changes to the Dragon AI to make them harder to cheese.

1. Have them avoid water as it does slow them down and instead have them fly over it.
2. if a Dragon is shot with a arrow, have them fly over to the direction where the arrow came from.
3. If they're burning in lava, have them fly out of it right away.
4. Have them breath more often if their target is too far away to hit close-range.
