Frozen Lightning Dragon

If anyone watched Dragons: Defenders of Berk, you know where I got this idea from. What if, in frozen ocean or glacier biomes, lightning dragons could be found frozen in ice? Maybe they could be excavated and awoken. I'm not sure exactly how that could be executed, but it's the reference that counts.
