Pitch-yaw-roll control for A-A Combat

I run a Minecraft ASOIAF War server, and I think it would be very helpful if I could fly dragons more like airplanes using independent pitch, yaw, and roll controls, so that I can actually dogfight other dragons. It would also be cool if you could press a keybind to switch between the dogfight controls and the current, VTOL controls.
