[Suggestion] Capsids should have properties of hoppers

Capsids are useful in automation, but lack a few features to make them on par with hoppers:

• Readable by comparators
• Disableable using redstone power
• Some way to ignore the usual capsid conversion recipes

Currently, they're difficult to use controllably. If they were more useful, there would be a better reason to make capsid farms.
