With commit 1237b7d8 I was able to speed things up significantly.

I like the idea, however I have two issues with it. First off, I don't get the "select install mode" screen after uninstalling Odamex. That probably has to be fixed....

`centerview` _is_ being sent, but it does nothing. I think that the better mouselook contributed semi-recently is stomping on it.

I believe #774 addresses this issue.
