Add ci

I want to use site-generator in another project, for CI to work on that project i need a binary that I can download in that CI build. This job creates that binary.

still have a problem with this buildscript, it builds master instead of the checkout branch need to fix.

was hard to get this right. but now it builds and compiled binaries can be found at https://gitlab.com/jimhansson/site-generator/-/packages
