Cookie Errors

I've been trying to run this in both windows and linux and it doesn't seem to work in either.

Linux: FATAL Fatal error, application will be closed: UniversalDownloaderPlatform.Common.Exceptions.CookieValidationException: session_id cookie not found

Windows: FATAL Fatal error, application will be closed: System.Exception: Unable to retrieve cookies

In linux, a chromium browser windows opens up and I login. In windows, it basically just comes back with the error message. Is there a way to resolve these issues?
