FR: Allow closing the BCP with the same hotkey/command that openend it

Hello,

I'd like to suggest the addition of an "Close bcp if open"-logic to the command Open better command palette. I know you can close it via escape or backspace, but neither are easily accessible for me all the time due to my really fucked-up bones. I have the bcp-open command on Alt-Q because it takes effectively the minimum amount of distance without infringing on more frequent hotkeys, but for closing it I still have to reposition either hand to reach for escape or backspace.

Thus, I'd like for the command Open Better command palette to check if it is active already, and close it if that is the case.
