Recent commands are above pinned commands

As title says, my recent commands are above my pinned commands, and I have the setting for this off. SSes:

Have used this plugin since first release and I never mess with the settings, so I assume an update caused some issues.

On latest version of Obsidian (v1.1.9) and of the Better Command Palette app (0.15.0).

Just adding that this problem persists. Obsidian v1.2.8 and plugin v0.15.0
