Incorrect file opened if keyboard navigation + "cmd/shift" used

Hello, and thanks for the amazing plugin.

There is an issue with the file opening if you use the keyboard to navigate through the results list and use Enter + (cmd/shift) keyboard shortcut. the plugin will always create the first search entry, ignoring the selection made by arrows keyboard buttons.

Everything works fine if mouse click + (cmd/shift) buttons are used.
