Workspace Fullscreen reveals manually hidden panels

If you press the Workspace Fullscreen button while right panel is manually hidden, it Unhides the panel. this is of course inverse of desired behavior. If this does not reproduce for you, please let me know and i will track down what Plugin Combination is causing it.
