Once the full transition to the new dlive backend is finished, it's trivial to add time-shift support as it just uses standard HLS without any heartbeat shenanigans.

(BTW I believe you meant niconama.)

Working on timeshift support (#11) in #205 but I think we'll need more changes to support on-air.
