My account is set to Japan with Tokyo timezone, along with JP language, so I'm fairly sure it's IP blocking like #176. The videos respond with 400.

Perhaps a good use case for adding --user-agent or --bypass-region-lock. I'm trying not to spoof the agent directly but at this point I think it's in everyone's interest with the health of the site.
