New Version
Dead project again? New Windows quirk halting new releases?
The project has not been abandoned, Alex is currently busy with full-time work and all releases will be delayed.
You should probably use another browser, at least at your daily driver. Thorium not being up to date with the latest version of Chromium after at most a few days is also the (very valid) reason, why most package registries are not listing it. It is a serious security issue, as most critical Chrome (ium) bugs are already getting exploited at the time they are fixed and there is no way to protect against that, as every legit site can be compromised as the past showed. So as much as I appreciate the efforts put in to the performance improvements, no one should really use it as a daily driver or outside of a strictly isolated environment if you care for security.
i use this on a imac 2009 for its awesome performance on linuxmint.

I don't give a shit about these security updates, neither am I the target for hackers nor can they even steal me a single cent $$$ from the bank.
I use THORIUM for W7 a secondary browser like the original CHROME 109 for a few things because I open too many tabs at a time and SUPERMIUM 119 is my primary browser because it never left me down
My biggest complaint so far is that the bookmarks drop menu from the side panel doesn't allow me to manually sort my saved links. there are some other minor bugs that I can live with and I don't bother to open a new issue because I know up front they will never get fixed....
Hope Alex313031 will have time to ...
Release new version of ( Mercury Browser )( Thorium Browser ) ...
.
@dsolaray @itpropro @ioc2e3 @Peppix-007 Today I will be pushing the first real source code commits to Thorium (other than TODO.md lol) since Feburary!
Restoring MV2 support and updating the main BUILD.gns will be first priority.
