[Windows] Ability to use the native windows controls instead of the chromium theme ones

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. One thing i would like to see be added into here is the theme option to use native windows controls instead of the ones that Chromium/Chrome uses

Describe the solution you'd like, including relevant patches or source Marble Browser has some snippets into re-adding native windows controls, not sure how flexible its to add it to thoriums

This is a great idea. Ideally, making full use of native system controls is the best approach.
