Sites keep making me do two-factor authentication (2FA)

I posted this in Mac branch but I think it probably applies here as well.

Certain sites I use like my healthcare portal (uhc.com) keep asking me to do 2FA to log in even though I check the box "remember me on this device." It works as expected on Chrome.

Anyone else has this problem? Is there some settings I need to enable/disable? I've turned OFF "Block all 3rd party cookies" and "send do not track" to no avail.
