Problem Website says my browser is not compatible and says to download chrome

Additional Notes It shows the site is loading first and then redirects. Redirects me to https://web.autocad.com/unsupported-browser I try to go to https://web.autocad.com/

Try to access the website in incognito mode. If there are no abnormalities in incognito mode, please check the browser configuration and clear the past history and cache.

it still doesn't work in incognito mode

I think this may be caused by Autodesk restrictions, vivaldi will also be restricted

Maybe you could try modifying the browser's UA to "spoof" the website?
