Thorium hangs after starting download.
System Details
- OS: Windows 11 24H2 build 26100.4946 x64
- Thorium Version: 130.0.6723.174 x64
Problem After clicking to save a file, be it a picture or a download, the whole UI hangs for several seconds, than it works fine again. It's awful though, sometimes when saving a picture it will only start responding after 10 seconds. I noticed this issue across different machines with different versions of Windows, so I can assure it's not an isolated problem

Additional Notes I have dozen of machines where I use thorium, some are mine, one is at work, others are remote virtual machines. I've had this issue consistently on all windows machines where I've used thorium ever since I got to know it, which was a bit earlier than the current release. Possibly related to https://github.com/Alex313031/thorium/issues/999
