Scroll to clicked position
Clicking on a scrollbar (not dragging the scrollbar's "thumb") should scroll to the view corresponding to the clicked point. Basically what clicking while holding down Shift does, except when the scrollbar itself is being clicked (then it should just be dragged, as usual).

The workaround that could restore this scrollbar behaviour described in the linked thread (from 2020) involved a Chromium flag which is no longer present in more recent releases.
This could be a quality-of-life feature available in Thorium Experiments.
