Laggy Fullscreen YouTube playback

System Details

  • OS: windows 10 latest version
  • Thorium Version - M130.0.6723.174 - 43rd Release

Problem When entering YouTube player's Fullscreen mode, video plays as very choppy and laggy, this is especially noticeable with 60fps videos. When reverting back to windowed mode with the video description visible (like button seen etc), video isn't laggy, only in Fullscreen. Tested this if maybe it's my system, no, stock chrome doesn't lag like this in Fullscreen. Bummer, had to revert to stock chrome because of this.
