widevine finally landed to chromium arm64 with some patches, but here it seems not enabled properly. reference https://github.com/raspberrypi/Raspberry-Pi-OS-64bit/issues/248

i was able to install widevine from raspberry pi repos and it be detected but due to 'Enable Protected Content' being missing completely in site settings, it wont load on sites like amazon and disney+
