Frequent ERR_CONNECTION_RESET errors

Problem

Frequently some sites will not load. The pages that stop loading are random, and the ones I am currently seeing include zenn.dev, deepL, etc. But in the worst cases, I can't even open google.com. This is not a problem with my internet connection, as other browsers (Chrome, Safari, etc.) load fine..

When this problem occurs, it seems that some parts of some websites do not load correctly. For example, on github, the account icons do not load

what do you mean..? It definitely occurs at least since release 7, also happening on macOS Sonoma, so it's not a Sequoia issue.

From your reply, it seems that you have understood what I mean. Do these websites work properly in incognito mode? Also, please check whether the DNS settings are correct.

seems its not working. Im using default DNS settings, Ive never touched it.
