Support for Windows 8.1

Hello,

I really liked what you build, no telemetry and hassle with all security patches. Would love to make it my permanent browser. Would it be possible to add support for Windows 8.1 ?

Thanks bud but apparently it's based on v115 ESR and I'm only interested in latest releases. If I had to use 115, I would have used the Librewolf version that works on Windows 8.1

Wish this newer versions could support Windows 8.1, let's wait for the dev.
