MacOS ARM version dmg file still damaged

Same here. MacBook Pro M1 running latest OS (Sonoma 14.3.1) same error message

I had mine fixed by removing the quarantine from the app. Open up the terminal and remove the quarantine of mercury with this code xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Mercury.app, you should be able to open it up with no problem afterward.

Is the DMG still available for download? The Mercury site only lists Windows and Linux for some reason.
