[Request] Base64 Image File Size Limit

Not sure if this is possible to do, but it would be great if there could be a file size limit on the Base64 Image plugin. During testing one of our QA guys added a 5mb humongous image as base64 and then wondered why it takes 30 seconds to load!

It happens also with images of 300kb. I think it needs a performance optimization first and then a size limit..

Testing with this image 1967-Mustang-Fastback-Shelby-G T 500CR-Classic-8

Examples with Chrome Insert the image, go to a new line and start typing. The browse frezees for a few seconds and then all the text appears. esempio
