[Bug] Remove --cuda feature from run_prover.sh

The CUDA feature speeds up NTTs and MSMs, which is not a part of the current puzzle. This is confusing.

I do hope the official team can support using CUDA to accelerate the current puzzle, as this could solve the problem of high CPU usage.
