Based on the research insights and recommendations from the Leo Setup and Installation Research Insights Report, I propose the following updates and improvements to the Leo installation process:

Implications and Benefits

• Simplified installation process: Developers will experience a smoother and more user-friendly installation process, reducing frustration and saving time.
• Improved developer experience (DX): By utilizing GitHub Releases as the primary installation method, developers can easily access the latest stable version of Leo.
• Alignment with industry standards: Following GitHub's recommended practices and Apple's code-signing and notarization process ensures that Leo meets industry standards and provides a trustworthy and reliable installation experience.

These proposals primarily focus on improving the installation process for Leo. However, they will also indirectly enhance the overall user experience of Aleo by streamlining the initial setup and enabling developers to quickly start building on the platform.
