[Docs] Some users were not actually added to the list of contributors

There is a bug in the badge request processing script: it truncates the part of the name after the hyphen, so some users were not actually added to the list of contributors. As an example, my GH username is "rear-parched", but I was added as "rear". List of contributors: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AleoHQ/leo/testnet3/CONTRIBUTORS.md
