[Docs] The badge request processing script truncates the part of the name after the hyphen

There is a bug in the badge request processing script: It truncates the part of the name after the hyphen, so some users were not actually added to the list of contributors. As an example, my Github username is "Harkin-sam", but I was added as "Harkin" only.
