Firstly, Thanks for addressing #1 This is a useful tool for me and I hope that others can make use of it too.

There is some clarification required for the -h message. I have made some minor changes and added some explanations for some of the options I was able to figure out. I'll send a PR soon.

Clarification required:

1. Confirmation that the -g option is the terminator config file to be used
2. Unsure what the -t, --terminator option is used for.
3. The -e, --command option needs a bit of detail as to what it is used for. I tried running terminator-split -e hostname 3 but the command was not run and the command in the debug was still resulting in the default "bash -l":
