Overall coverage percentage after merging

Hey @AlekSi -- thanks for creating this tool!

Does it generate an overall test coverage percentage when merging coverage reports from various packages? I didn't see that anywhere when giving it a test drive, but maybe I missed something.

Hi. That percentage is printed by go tool cover itself. I think I can duplicate that logic.
