[Feature Request] - Help and Version Arguments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A way to check the version of select-run as well as a help option for quick reference from the CLI.

Describe the solution you'd like add select-run -help/ select-run --help and of select-run -v / select-run --version. The args should match how node itself does this to make it intuitive.
